I am a  Motivational Speaker, Transformational Life Coach, an Accredited  EFT  Practitioner,  a Certified Assertiveness Coach, an Employment Consultant, a successful entrepreneur and  a clairsentient empath with over 30 years self-development study and  knowledge, 20 plus years of teaching and coaching experience and over 4 years personal and practical experience using EFT on myself, family, friends and paying clients.

I was most recently certified by the Brave Thinking Institute to teach their DeamBuilder Program which allows me to teach 10 reliable, repeatable principles that help my clients get from where they are now to where they want to be in any area of their life faster they can ever imagine. I  provide coaching for all ages of clients in how to manage stress and anxiety and build self-confidence, express their truest and best selves, get crystal clear on what they really would love in life, uncover what's holding them back from achieving their vision of themselves and help them move past those blocks by helping them take the necessary action steps to achieve their vision and encouraging them to recognize and use the power they already have to make the changes they desire.

My strength is in the teaching and supporting of clients who desire to heal phobias, manage stress, weightloss, relationships and financial distresses using both the DreamBuilder Program and  EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which is a member of a new class of treatment techniques and protocols referred to as Energy Therapy. These techniques are being used by therapists, nurses, physicians, psychiatrists and lay people worldwide. To date, EFT and other Energy Therapy Techniques have yielded exceptional proven results in the treatment of anxiety, panic and emotional and physical pain.

I am a believer that this human experience can become a heaven on earth given the correct attitude and point of view. I believe in helping people live authentic lives by teaching and coaching my clients how to achieve their dreams and most importantly walking my talk. I hope to help as many as possible to enjoy their journey, feel more joy and fulfillment and become who they are inspired to be.
