Parkour Training and Conditioning
Parkour is a type of movement in which one finds the most efficient path from point A to point B. Parkour can be a highly intensive sport.
Conditioning and training are not always easy, but the pay off is worth it. Walking with confidence along tall buildings, feeling free to move your body through the world and feeling more dexterous are only some reasons to train.
