Looking to build a computer but no idea where to start, or looking to upgrade? Can't figure out why your ethernet connection is dropping out? Or maybe you just want suggestions for programs or operating systems. I can give suggestions, tips, or flat-out fix guides for issues you may be experiencing.
These are usually quick tips, suggestions, or guides. If you have a complicated issue, I may be willing to help with it, depending on the issue. I like to take on challenges because I sometimes will learn things from them, but too many challenges can be exhausting.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked as an L1 Support Technician for Asus Technology, L2 and L3 as Technical Support for Hewlett-Packard, Bench Technician for both Dell and Alienware, and I have worked at the Geek Squad City hub.
I go to college for Informatics (think of it as professional technical problem solving), and I have vocational in Computer Science.
