If you find it hard to stick to a scheduled run when feeling tired or just lazy, maybe all you need is a gym buddy!
1km, 5km or 10km, it doesn't matter, I can run along with you and give you some tips if you're a beginner, I can plan the itinerary to have the perfect running distance and possibly schedule regular runs.
