I will offer you a brief interview/consultation to determine what physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual ailments I may be able to assist in healing. Once we have established where your at I will verbally guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Then I will spend the next 30-45 minutes working with your energetic field to bring you healing, peace, and relaxation. While you are being worked on you may experience vibrations or light pressure in or on your body, you may see some images, or you may even have some visions (I've had clients tell me that they visualized themselves in a different place entirely!). You may also experience none of these things beyond deep relaxation. Everyone experiences the energy differently and no ones experience is wrong.
After the session I would invite you to share your experience with me as you feel comfortable. I would also be happy to explain more about Reiki- what it is and how it works- if you're interested in that.
Training & Qualifications
I've a certified Reiki practitioner with the Usui Reiki system (the original Reiki). I've been practicing for just about a year now at this point. I've given Reiki sessions to many people who have never experienced it before and many of them were surprised with the effectiveness. Reach out to me and give it a shot!
