Diagnose problems with high efficiency furnaces over the phone. There are two main design flaws that cause them to shut down during cold snaps which are easy to fix. If you aren't comfortable performing the steps required I will come over for additional charge.
I will not hesitate to tell you that it is too complex in which case there is no charge.
