I can connect to your computer screen remotely to help resolve any issues you are having with the basic configuration of your computer, as well as with most commonly used software programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, internet browsers).
At the very least, I can tell you what you may need to do to achieve what you want with your computer.
