I can give helpful hint to inexperienced capers, troubleshoot and set up most electronic devices, and guide you through most issues on you home PC. (I can handle a lot of MAC stuff too, but it's not preferred)
Training & Qualifications
I am really good at customer service and am able to find out what a problem' s source is (even if I may not be able to fix it- which I will be honest about) I spend a lot of time on computers and messing with software to find out all it's quirks and workarounds.
Availability & Preferences
I can usually be free on Fridays or Saturdays, but can perform virtual service practically every night
