A one hour massage at my private massage room in my home. We can talk, text, or email before our appointment to talk about your concerns and what you would like me to address during our appointment.
On the day of our appointment we can go over what is your goal during your massage... whether it be relaxation, loosening tight muscles, or pain management. I will use aromatherapy unless you object, and will check in with you during the massage about the right amount of pressure and to assure your needs are met.
