Hula Hoop Lessons

I will teach you the basic foundations of hula hooping and an introduction into flow arts. Ranging from just a fun hobby, to an intense workout, hooping can be a huge benefit in someone's life. It saved mine, which is why I lovr teaching and sharing this art with others. The overall benefits are amazing and just as unique as the individual learning. Losing weight, gaining muscle, building strength and stamina. I've used hooping to help me quit smoking cigarettes which I did for 20 years. Its the perfect activity for retired dancers and martial arts and there are no age restrictions.
Training & Qualifications
I have been dancing for 30 years. I'm also a martial artist studying various styles for the last 20 years. I've been hula hooping for almost 2 years. I spin multiple props including Poi, Staff, and Nunchucks. I've been teaching hooping the entire time ive been learning. Can check out my IG @kilo_megami for some of my practices.
Availability & Preferences
Any day is fine but Mondays and Tuesdays are the most open for flexibility.
