Hi there! I am here to offer Reiki Healing which can also include Spiritual Awareness Coaching, Life Coaching and/or guided meditation. The session is available remotely OR in person (if you live in Phoenix, AZ). These sessions can be done via phone, Skype or neither. We can figure that one out as we talk and collaborate and get a better feel for what your needs are.
Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy and it is extremely helpful to bringing back the mind, body, spirit into Harmony - connecting you with your Higher Self, Promoting Peace and Relaxation, Relieving Stress, Pain, Anxieties and often depression. In many cases, it has helped relieve fears and energy that no longer serves us.
