I am a professionally trained and experienced baker. My skills range from classic sourdough breads to decorated cut-out cookies. I take a keen interest in learning about different cultures and the different breads/sweets which emerge from them. My photos showcase a few of the projects I have taken on more recently. As far as shipping goes, I can ship breads, cakes, and cookies. I fear more delicate items (such as tarts) may not hold up as well. Please, feel free to ask questions.
