Wanting to learn a new skill? I can help! I can teach cake and frosting basics and a little bit of science along with simple decorating. I can teach frosting flowers, modeling chocolate, and some gum paste and fondant work.
Training & Qualifications
Graduated Portland Art institute with Baking and Pastry degree and been making cakes for years and have taken almost all ofthe Wilton classes.
