Move/rewire outlet

I'm looking for an electrician to move a power outlet from outside our bathroom to inside of our bathroom. The outlet is currently in a neighboring room by the bathroom.
Also, the electrical wiring is weird in our bathroom. When we turn on the heater switch, the lights turn off? When we turn the heater off, the lights come back on. Can you fix this?
