I can teach you how to play the guitar (In the style of Jazz and Blues). I will teach any level from beginner to advanced techniques. My lessons are an hour long. I spent 2 years at a University getting my music minor with guitar as my primary instrument. I've played with the Plymouth State Jazz band and I'm the lead guitarist for a psychadelic rock band called Squatch. Depending on your level, we will go over things like good technique, chords, chord comping, scales, solo ideas, how to grove to a bass line, playing to the chords, and phrasing a good solo. My lessons may not be conventional and if you want to be a classical virtuoso I may not be the instructor for you. However, if you want to learn how to improvise like a boss look no further! I'm also flexible so if you want to learn something else I am totally open to suggestion! If the lesson goes well We can do repeat lessons for less!
