I'm a practitioner of logistics and event coordination. Based out of NYC I use multiple resources to help people find options for the purpose of the type of event they're interested in hosting. My... service ranges from the choice of giving advice or collaborating to find catering services, DJ's, Musicians, Security, helping hands, venues in different locations and sometimes sponsors. The one thing I don't offer is advice on setting up your event budget to match your needs for success. Neither do I offer advice on the processes of arranging legal contracts. I highly suggest putting budgets and contracts into consideration before attempting to launch a event regardless of what might be assumed to sound like a good idea. Work with what you know you can manage and keep into your control. No event goes well without being clearly thought out before plans go into action. show more
