I will show you what equipment to use for targeted weight loss. I will help you find what workout regiment works for you. Its your life, take control.
If you need a workout partner to help push you or just someone to change it up once in a while, I can do that too.
This is for normal people, please no bodybuilders or lunks.
Training & Qualifications
I've been taught by other trainers and have learned what is needed for weight loss and muscle targeting. Me myself? I used to be 338Lbs and now I'm 185Lbs. I want to help others accomplish their goals and live a better, fuller life.
