I'm a game design art student with at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience on top of 10 years of customer service skills. I've been asked to establish inventory systems, schedule spreadsheets and lead similar projects for companies I've worked for. I have helped a company through a rocky startup, helping it find financial sustainability in under 2 years and have been otherwise recognized with multiple employee awards during my career thus far.
Until recently, I provided concierge, administrative support and driving services for residents of Cordia Senior Living. In this role I was focused on schedule management, reception & appointment scheduling, and a laundry list of other as-needed duties. Successes included creating a majority of the Concierge department's forms, spreadsheets & how-to guides, resulting in a solidarity within our department which our Club Membership and staff could then rely on day in and day out. Previous experience includes retail sales & customer service positions at chains such as Hot Topic, Inc. and Avis Budget Corp.
Colleagues know me as a technically proficient problem-solver who can always be trusted to find how to make a process quicker, easier, or function in the first place. I have a decade of experience in putting the customer first, and I never sacrifice customer satisfaction for prioritizing day-to-day tasks. Instead, I zero in on how to maintain satisfactory service, then return to tasks, completing them digitally with blazing speed when possible. I can (and often do) work well alone, but collaborating with others can unlock remarkable throughput when the right people are there to strengthen my weakness while I do the same for them. Hard work is key; Teamwork is a lockpick!
I am pursuing my Bachelor's in Technical Art at Cogswell Polytechnical College in San Jose, California.
