I love to cook. I am Cambodian so I most of my cooking experience is in southeast Asian cuisines. Some flavors I've dabbled in are German, Ethiopian, Moroccan, Indian, and Peruvian. I believe I have a good palate for flavors and am confident in my culinary skills. I love to break bread and share meals with people. It's the best way to bridge our differences.
