I will build an application that can scrape web pages from various websites which support such a feature and provide you in a csv, tsv, xls, or xlsx format to be viewed.
We'll agree on a scope of work and what information needs to be pulled from a website. The scope will include timeline, any additional costs that may be required outside of being able to build the application with free development tools.
Typically I don't provide an interface for the tool. It's usually ran from a Powershell, bash, or exe file on a desktop as a standalone and can export the information to a desired place.
