Reiki is many things but historically it is a sacred healing art and technique. Its origins are mysterious though we do know that it was recovered and brought to us today from Mikao Usui a Japanese spiritual teacher and healer.
Reiki is a universal healing energy that has no religious affiliation. It is the birthright of every human being on our planet and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
If you are feeling dis-ease, if your emotional body or mental state are in disarray, or if you just dont feel that spark of joy and gratitude anymore, Reiki can help put you right back into a state of grace.
