The most important person in your life is yourself. That may sound selfish but it is true! Knowing yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself and the greatest gift you can give others is to be yourself around others.
When you want to get to know yourself you need to look at your values. I'm here to assist you in finding your values, yourself and then assisting you so that you keep moving toward your dreams but achieving steady goals.
Sometimes we find ourselves being held back by fear, guilt, shame, pride, resentment, grief, etc. We find ourselves stuck, unable to move. When this happens I sometimes offer a Demartini Method session to clear the mind and bring us back into equilibrium so that we take conscious action instead of unconscious reaction.
