From either an inseam measurement, or instruction to take off a certain amount from the bottom, I'll professionally hem your pants. From dress pants, kaki's, or jeans, upon inspection I'll make them shorter or longer according to your directions.
**Did you know you can make your dress pants longer up to the surging (wiggly stitch)?**
Please contact me if you are interested in getting knit, chiffon, or a gauzy material pants to be hemmed and we will work something else out, as those are more difficult fabrics. If you're not sure, let me know!
**Please be careful and detailed in taking your measurements, do so on a hard floor, as carpet can make pants appear longer than they actually are. Have a friend help you decide how much to take off and if possible pin them up to see if you like the look.**
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional tailor with 25+ years of experience. I started sewing in middle school, making a pillow, then a skort, then a quilt. I have gone from that to managing multiple tailor shops in the region, working on all sorts of different projects, including wedding, suits, comforters, cosplay, prom dresses and teddy bears. Then I became the Senior Tailor for the region of men's clothing, expanding my knowledge in menswear.
