Have you ever heard of ayurveda? It's 5,000 years old and comes from India - it's part science, part philosophy, and part lifestyle - so it's not only super interesting, but also really helpful for supporting physical health, mental sanity, and emotional stability. To give you an idea - yoga, meditation, and mindful cooking/eating are all components to a balanced life according to ayurvedic principles.

I am offering a 1 hour session to get you introduced to basic ayurvedic principles and create a personalized meal/nutrition plan that is enriching for your overall well-being. You'll be able to learn off-the-menu delicious Indian food recipes and, at the same time, get a new framework for understanding your own health, that, for many people, is life-changing.
