I will help solve any culinary or baking problem you have whether you are cooking for one or trying to feed an army. I attended pastry school in Chicago and became a certified master of Italian regional cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in spring of 2014. I have worked in many fine establishments over my career but I have been operating as a private culinary consultant for 2 years now. I specialize in recipe and menu development, kitchen or front of house training, and hosting private events. I really enjoy experiencing new things and love the idea of this app so I am going to see what can come of it.
