60 min Yoga & Stretch Session

I will guide you through a personalized yoga flow based on areas you are interested in strengthening and stretching. The session will be relaxed as we continuously communicate on how you are feeling, assuring correct alignment and making it up as we go! I can also throw in some assisted stretching if that seems right for you. Beginners would get the most out of what I have to offer as I am still learning myself, or someone who doesn't feel like they practice enough. I would say my specialty lies more on the stretching side of things, although I know many strength building poses as well. This would also be an awesome way to cross pollinate and share knowledge with other yogis at a similar experience level as me!
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing yoga and studying anatomy on my own for almost 10 years. I have taken many different types of yoga classes in several cities across the U.S. and in Montreal. All that I have to offer is a mashup of the various experiences that I have accumulated over the years. I also plan doing a yoga teacher training this fall to solidify the knowledge I've gained thus far. I also recently got hired as a Stretch Coach where I will garner more experience and knowledge of the nuances of stretching and the body in general.
Availability & Preferences
Currently I am available most weekdays before 6pm, and most of the time on the weekends.
