Have you been wanting to try Whole30 but are nervous about doing it alone? Let me help you! My husband and I have done the program many times over the last 4 years. Even between rounds, I do all the cooking for my husband, who continues to eat Whole30 compliant about 90% of the time (I stick to it about 70%.) I can help with meal planning and answering questions, as well as point you in the direction of some amazing Whole30 recipes.
I'll be available to you for one week of planning before you start your program. This is when we'll go over the rules and discuss meal planning and recipes. Trust me - planning is key!! I highly encourage reading the rules for yourself but it is a lot to remember, so I'm always here to answer questions and give tips along the way. This planning week does NOT need to be immediately before the start of your Whole30. In fact, deciding when to start is part of what we'll plan. Then, when you are ready to start, I'll be available to you daily for the entire 30 days AND 10 more days of reintroduction. That is a total of 47 days for only 50 simbi. (Get one friend to sign up for Simbi and complete a deal and you've paid for your Whole30 coaching!)

Training & Qualifications
We've done Whole30 many times during the last 4 years and I do all of the meal planning and cooking. I've also coached others during their Whole30 rounds.
