Meet with you for 30 minutes to an hour, in person or online, Skype, messenger, etc.
Help you build 6 to 8 weeks of fun workout to fit your goals, provide modifications and advice to get you well equipped to succeed.
Training & Qualifications
I am a professional athlete in MMA, completed a four month course for personal trainers.
Have been training occasion people on the side in fitness and self defense. Leading stairclimbing groups, running, swimming. Just finding fun ways to do the fit things! :)

Weekday evenings, MST.
In person in Calgary.
