I will teach you to defend against a larger, stronger opponent. During your first 20-minute lesson, I'll teach you to understand basic positioning for Self Defense; 1 fundamental technique that you can use to apply your new understanding of positioning; and a few key exercises that you can practice until our next lesson.
Subsequent lessons will cover different techniques, exercises, and training methods that you can use to improve your skills and fitness.
