Therapeutic focused massage. Massage as therapy for relaxation or pain relief. If your looking for relief from discomfort along with relaxation you've come to the right place! I love the challenge of developing a treatment plan and getting to the root of pain while applying firm relaxing pressure. Utilizing long relaxing stokes to warm muscle tissue and create a soothing relaxed atmosphere. Incorporating stretching and PNF techniques to release tight sore muscles will get you back to feeling like new!
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Az. I'm certified in Sports massage, Neuro muscular, Prenatal, Swedish, & Deep Tissue. I also recently obtained my Reiki Master Certification.
