I use a combination of voice, music and ukulele to hold a music therapy session in the park.
You can join in, sing, meditate or simply lay on the grass and close your eyes!
Take some time to reconnect with yourself and nature in this crazy SF world :)
My music focuses on reconnecting people to the light within themselves and the joy in the world.
