It’s a 45 -60 minute session lying on a massage table , clothed with tuning forks placed lightly on your body . The sound is very calming and brings you into a peaceful mindful space .
I can also offer to use essential, oils or Bach Flower remedies if they are something you would appreciate during the session too .

I am a massage therapist and sound energy practitioner with twenty years experience .
