A customer profile includes their goals, values, lifestyle, challenges, pain points, objections to purchase your product or service, roles in the purchase process.
Why do you need customer profiles?
To market a product or service properly, the first thing you must do is get clear on WHO your ideal customer is and create all of your content with that detailed information in mind. When you have a good customer profile, you can find and present them with a message that moves them to the action you want.
