Go on a jog/walk with you
I will go meet you somewhere in Mississauga to go on a jog with you. We'll jog together for up to 90 minutes, whether it's 90 minutes from point A to B or if it's 90 minutes to complete a round trip of whatever route you want. Resting partway through the jog counts against the 90 minutes. I'm at a relatively average fitness level, I can keep up with most folks. I'll jog on any terrain in any weather. We can talk casually during the jog or sweat in silence. I can shout motivational lines at you or talk shit to you. I can run at your side, just ahead, or just behind you. We can run on the sidewalk, a trail, a track, a treadmill, in place, or on a hill. Walking works too!
Training & Qualifications
I'm a male studying at a university. My fitness level is about average. I've run several 5Ks before, ran some 10Ks in training and am training for my first triathlon.
