I will provide basic tech support for most computers/devices. Is your wifi not working or your connection is bad? Is your PC running slowly? Need some help installing software? Or just looking for advice on a new computer/phone/device? I can help you out! Support can be provided via email, instant messaging, text, call, or in-person.
Training & Qualifications
I have worked in tech support for over 5 years, specializing in supporting software. I also build my own computers, manage my own local network, and am generally a techy fan. My specialties are Windows - Android systems, but familiar with Apple OS (sorry, no Linux support at this time). I can also provide basic website support as well.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free in the evenings and weekends, though digital availability is nearly 24/7
