I will provide a 55 minute Pilates reformer session at a studio in White Rock. Date/times subject to studio availability.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor through Balanced Body. I am also certified to work with neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson's. I have been instructing for over two years.
Availability & Preferences
Sunday and Monday. Other times are open for discussion.
