We package our personalized training programs in 6 week blocks. Shortly after purchase you will be emailed a questionnaire to help us get a better understanding of where you currently stand and your training goals. We will also have a short video chat to help us fill in the gaps. Once your program is written it will be emailed to you along with a short video explaining the program. Email support and if needed phone support will be provided at every step of the way.
