Basic Cooking Lessons

I will provide you with a basic grasp of culinary knowledge. Lessons include proper knife skills, the foundations of cooking, cooking techniques, and building flavor. I can easily work around any diet restrictions, just please state ahead of time. If you have any special lesson requests, please also state ahead of time. I am open to personalizing your lesson, if you want to focus on a certain cuisine, as well. I do not provide ingredients, nor do I provide kitchenware i.e. pots, pans, utensils (excluding a knife). Perfect for someone interested in learning how to cook for themselves or for a family.
Training & Qualifications
Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco.
Worked in kitchens mainly studying Californian, Greek, and French Cuisine.
Availability & Preferences
Preferably mornings work best for me. I usually have Sundays off, so if you prefer an afternoon or night that would work best.
I would prefer to come to your kitchen if you have one. Open to suggestions.
