Qigong is an ancient art of Taoist meditation in which you move energy in your body with the focus of your mind and moving your body. This is a practice that over the past 7 years has completely changed the course of my life and brought me to a place of equanimity that was much needed for me to feel at home in my body and live my life with a sense of purpose. I am now at a point where I want to share this with others, and this website seems like a fantastic vessel to do this.
I am willing to work with people that have no experience with Qigong at all, or with current practitioners that want to deepen their practice with new forms and techniques. I will teach you the process of centering, and fully 'dropping in' so that you can receive the full benefits of qigong practice. I will then teach forms focused on specific areas that you want to improve, accompanied by taoist theory and techniques to dive deeper into the meditative arts
