Martial Arts Training
I will teach you ways to develop yourself. Martial arts can be branched off into more than moves and fighting. Martial arts can be taught to develop other personal skills, build traits of leadership, self defense, sport, creating art through the bodies movement, the laws of escalation of force as well as the weapons and tools used in each stage as well as how to help prevent the escalation of threat towards yourself. Lessons in problem solving and achieving any goal you wish to accomplish someday.
Lessons will include stretching, workouts, martial arts, lessons on human anatomy, lessons on leadership, lessons on setting goals, and breaking the goals up to accomplish them in smaller segments at a time, weapon usage, the knowledge of force and when it is appropriate, along with social skills and building self confidence in a social setting and the work place.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Black Belt, I have studied in 6 different martial arts and been qualified in advanced security and combat tactics through the military. I have also developed skills in personal growth to build yourself in any area in your life.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
