Everyone has secrets... sometimes they leave us feeling guilty, suppressed, ashamed, or we just don't know who to tell. I'll be happy to hear your secret and keep it just between us with out judgement. Sometimes we all need to get something off our chest! Confidentiality with a stranger can give you peace of mind knowing your secrets are safe and still expressed, giving the opportunity to be at rest and move on. If you just want to express your secret without a response in return that's fine. If you need any advice or encouragement don't hesitate to ask! This will all be done anonymously through messaging or email!
Training & Qualifications
I have taken courses in Psychology, classes on boundaries and self care, I have done years of research and practice on healing and self love. I also have been through many experiences that has shaped me into a person of empathy and understanding... My hardships in life has led me to simply want to offer a hand to anyone in need.
