1hr Vinyasa Yoga Session

I will lead you through a yoga sequence tailored to your fitness level. We will warm up, do a series of poses meant to increase your heat rate, work on balance, then cool down with some deep stretching-- focusing on the hip flexors.
Training & Qualifications
I am certified through YogaFit in Levels 1, 2, & 3 teacher trainings, YogaLean (for weight loss), and YogaFit Warriors (for trauma and PTSD). I'm also first aid and CPR certified and have been teaching group exercise yoga classes for 3yrs.
