When I was 7, I was pulled out of my regular art class and placed into a higher level art class because I had promising talent. 10 years later, I was deciding what college I would attend and in what major. My dad thought it best to do something practical, like business, like him. So I complied for a semester before realizing that business was not my strength. Art was my strength, my passion, and my calling. 2 years later, after many arguments, I attended Newman University for an art degree and graduated in the summer of 2014.
