This service is customized for you. If you're new to meditation, I will give you a guided meditation session based on your preferences. I'll give you some basic instructions on what to focus on, and how to deal with distractions in your practice. We'll look at how these techniques help develop your meditation proficiency, how to meditate in stillness and in life, and we'll look at how to deal with difficulties and opportunities that come up in practice.
If you already have meditation experience, or if you're returning for another session, we can tailor the experience to your specific problems and interests; we'd look at how to broaden your skillset, and how to diagnose both typical and individual problems in your practice, as well as how to work towards resolving those problems in sitting as well as in life.
Training & Qualifications
I have around 600 hours of practice. I first started 14 years ago but I was more interested in the different types of meditation practice, and never got into serious practice before I broke my hip after falling from a tree in 2018. During my time in hospital and recovery, meditation helped me keep focused and also deal with the pain without having to resort to medication.
