About Brenda Smith

I always wanted to do something that impacted a lot of people, something that mattered on a larger scale than what I could see in front of me. I performed throughout college as a spoken word artist, a...nd published my first book at 19 years old. In 2009 I joined the Alabama Army National Guard as a broadcast journalist. I spent several years as a local band manager, and partnered with a growing music promotion company as a creative director and event planner. All of these experiences help me reach large numbers of people with my creativity and influence. I consider myself a student of leadership and strive to make learning, and subsequently teaching, a consistent goal. Multimedia artist specializing in photography, videography, graphic design, social content development and management, creative and broadcast writing.
