I am a chef instructor. I will review your thanksgiving menu or create one with you. We will go step be step on timing, cooking techniques, preparation and planning so that your dinner this year goes smoother than ever! I want to make sure you get to enjoy your dinner as much as your guests. We can email, or skype as well! If you do turkey/chicken I will show you how to properly carve as well!
Training & Qualifications
I have a bachelors in culinary arts. I have worked in the industry for over twelve years now and have worked in nimerous restaurants including Michelin starred. I currently teach at a college level and help others learn how to cook!
Availability & Preferences
Evenings and mornings during the week, but am flexible.
