I will make suggestions on what to declutter and placement of furnishings in order to have the greatest appeal to the most people. I am a Maryland Licensed Real Estate Agent and a full time Kitchen and Bath Designer. I'm familiar with the latest National Association of Realtors and National Kitchen and Bath Association guidelines and best practices. This is for a session no more than 1 hour. Will only travel within 30 mins of home but can remotely assist if you provide pictures or Skype .
