Wear workout clothes and run around Marie Kerr Park for 25-30 mins.

Heard of C25K? It's a running program that helps users adjust to running for a longer duration.

Never ran before? Interested in getting in shape? Feel better with my help and turn into a person that runs.

Interval training is what I do best. Running and walking on a timer and plug into your favorite jams.

Unlimited offer open to runners so that we can meet 3 times a week and users can book sessions without locking in simbi payments.

Training & Qualifications


I have lost 150 pounds doing this. I can run a 5K in 34 minutes, currently my best time. I am still learning to pace myself evenly and pick up speed, but running has proven very effective.
