First off, let me know if you get migraines, sinus or tension headaches; this will help me in treating you appropriately.
I will apply either heat or ice to your neck and upper back. I will then work on your upper body: back/neck/shoulders, scalp and face. And no, a deep tissue massage is not always the best way, especially if you're in mid-headache when you come in to see me. I don't believe in creating pain to alleviate pain.
