Blu's Baked Goodies
I will bake for small gatherings, dates, dinners, etc.
I do not make wedding cakes. I can make the base cakes, but you will need to find a cake decorator for the actual decorating.
You will be responsible for the ingredients.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a professional baker for 10 years and a part time personal chef for 4 years. My cooking abilities are high, but my focused training is in baked goods. I make bread, pastries (sweet or savory), cakes (simple decorations), and custards. I am currently studying to obtain my certifications from the Retail Bakers of America and the American Culinary Federation.
Availability & Preferences
